Should a player win a seat to a land based event and such player does not meet the legal age required to participate in the event, then their seat shall be forfeited without compensation. All players will be required to produce proof of age (passport or other valid picture ID).

3- Doyle Brunson Poker Network reserves the right to alter, modify or terminate the Promotion and/or these Terms at any time, without notice where it is reasonable to do so or for reasons beyond the Promoter's control. 4- Players participating in MAIN EVENT* qualifiers agree to the terms and conditions of the DoylesRoom.com Player Agreement.
5- DoylesRoom agrees to pay $3,000 cash to the winning players Player Account real money balance.
6- DoylesRoom agrees to pay the winning player $10,000 buy-in for Event 57 at the 2009 MAIN EVENT*.
7- By participating in a DoylesRoom MAIN EVENT* qualifying tournament, you grant DoylesRoom the right to use your name and likeness for future promotional purposes without further compensation.
8- Players who qualify for a MAIN EVENT* event on DoylesRoom.com agree to wear DoylesRoom.net apparel for the duration of the event when permitted to do so by the tournament rules. Apparel will be supplied by DoylesRoom before the commencement of the tournament.
9- Players note that the World Series of Poker* and Harrah's organization will require them to sign an agreement or waiver to participate in the event that may include permission to film and broadcast. DoylesRoom owes no compensation to the player should they not wish to adhere to this third party agreement.
10- MAIN EVENT* prize packages are non redeemable for cash value and are non-transferable. The name and person registered on the player's account must participate in the live event.
11- One MAIN EVENT* 2009 Prize Package will be permitted per player across the Doyle Brunson Poker Network.
12- DoylesRoom Management decisions are final on all matters related to the Promotion or the awarding of prizes.
